Tony started his real estate career and the Sekulovski Group in 1987 while attending college at The Ohio State University. The Sekulovski Group did independent contract work for various companies including the nation’s largest real estate investment brokerage firm. While there, Tony became its top multi-tenant retail investment professional in 2006 & 2007. Tony facilitated record transactions valued at $409 million in 2006 and $282 million in 2007. Tony and the Sekulovski Group left the largest real estate investment brokerage firm in 2007 and opened a new office in Scottsdale, AZ. With offices in OH & AZ the Sekulovski Group has continued to serve clients on a national basis.
Jeremy Botkin is the Research & Marketing Manager with The Sekulovski Group, specializing in client relations. Jeremy is originally from Cleveland, where he spent 4 years in the late 1990’s setting records for the Cleveland Indians. After moving to Columbus in 2000, Jeremy earned a B.S. in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University. Jeremy spent much of his career managing in upscale hotels, and quick service restaurants, where he learned the value of cultivating good relationships with his clients. With a strong focus on identifying each individual’s needs, he always tries to meet or exceed their expectations.
Olivia Modigliani is the Operations Manager at the Sekulovski Group. Olivia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2011. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Olivia originally teamed up with the Sekulovski Group to provide temporary assistance and was later hired as a full time employee . Her responsibilities include the day to day activities at the Sekulovski Group and ensuring that our business operations are as efficient and effective as possible. Olivia’s strong managerial skill set and her drive for success has made her a major player in the Sekulovski Group’s nationwide success.
Sean Sanford is an Associate at the Sekulovski Group. Sean graduated from Arizona State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. After college, Sean began working with his family’s retail development company as a leasing agent. During his time at his family’s company, Sean gained a wide array of experiences and contacts. In 2015, Sean decided to join The Sekulovski Group.
Samantha Kennedy is an Associate at The Sekulovski Group. After graduating from Southern Methodist University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Samantha worked for a large quick service franchisee in Dallas. During her time with the franchisee, under the direction of the CFO, Samantha was responsible for the timely completion of risk-based loss investigations in accordance with the annual audit plan approved by the Audit Committee. Samantha’s responsibilities also included researching and defining potential problems or enhancements to arrive at more accurate and efficient processes for the restaurants and the corporate office. In 2014, Samantha joined The Sekulovski Group and has utilized her franchisee contacts to transition into retail investment sales.
