City View Center is anchored by the market leaders in their respective categories, including Walmart, Giant Eagle, Circuit City, Office Max, Bed Bath & Beyond, Jo Ann Fabrics, AJ Wright, Dick's Sporting Goods, PetSmart, Payless Shoesource, Fashion Bug, Dollar Tree, Qdoba, Radio Shack, Alltel, Best Cuts, Panera Bread, Applebees and Chick-fil-A.  The project is also shadow anchored by a Home Depot (not included in this offering) in which construction will begin by the end of 2006.
